[Pkg-scicomp-devel] adjusted OpenCV package to use CDBS cmake module

Hello dear developer(s),

I'm a heavy user of OpenCV, and the debian/ubuntu opencv packages. The
Debian packages of OpenCV are missing the new python modules. I was
looking for a way to enable them in a easy way. I found out how.

I took the debian opencv packages, and changed them to use the CDBS
cmake modules. Now it uses cmake to configure & build the packages.
Attached is my modified debian folder. I've disabled the patches that
modify the makefile.in and configure.in file, since they are not useful
anymore. Also I did some small adjustments to the control file. If you
would like me to open a bug report about this issue I can do that.

There is also a launchpad PPA for Ubuntu karmic that I maintain. The
modified debian packages are available here.

I hope this is useful.

thanks,
