[Pkg-scicomp-devel] Bug#577584: libmesh-dev: Uninstallable

In fact it is not installable in sid on any architecture, and the same
holds for libmesh0.6.4.0. The explanation that I got from EDOS
on the i386 architecture was:

ibmesh0.6.4 (= 0.6.4.dfsg-1) depends on missing: - libpetsc3.0.0
