Sorry, I forgot to mention. They are CGAL and ParMETIS. None of them
are strictly needed, but ParMETIS is necessary to run DOLFIN in
parallel and linking with CGAL also has some key features. I talked to
Anders Logg (core developer of DOLFIN) about this and he wanted me to
link with those libraries. However, I think they will look into using
SCOTCH instead of ParMETIS in the future.
Are there other ways to handle this? Like having a libdolfin-contrib package?
