Package libglpk0 has been upgraded to 4.43. Libglpk-java depends
on libglpk0. Version 1.0.1 of glpk-java cannot be build against
glpk 4.43 on 64bit systems.

A patched upstream package is available.

Please, upgrade libglpk0.
