The cleanipcs script is relying on gawk to parse the output of ipcs (or
the contents of /proc/sysvipc/sem). Hence, gawk should be added as a
dependency.

The corresponding error message:
$ cleanipcs

/usr/bin/cleanipcs: line 51: gawk: command not found
