[Pkg-scicomp-devel] Bug#639743: parmetis version 3.1.1-3 failed to build with gcc-4.6

In Ubuntu, the attached patch was applied to achieve the following:

  * Programs/Makefile: Explicitly link against mpi to resolve FTBFS.
    (LP: #832950)

Note: the package will fail to build with gcc-4.6 otherwise. Thanks for
considering the patch.
