[Pkg-scicomp-devel] Bug#732520: abinit: New upstream version, package unmaintained

short status update: I have injected abinit to
and did some generic packaging updates. Unfortunately I was running
into the problem that `autoreconf -f -i` fails. This issue seems to be
a bit tricky and I wonder whether it is worth fixing this one first or
whether it might sense to start with more recent versions of abinit.
Ondřej, working in Vcs is perfectly independent from your NM progress -
in the contrary, you could proof your commitment here.
[leaving full quote below since some time has passed in case you might
want to refresh your memory about this.]
