Technologies, Inc. The countries covered by this agreement include Russia,

ten years experience in Super Absorbent Polymers ("SAP") and s p e c i a

and hazardous wastes. "SAP" are a class of cross-linked, non-biodegradable
polymers capable of absorbing and retaining up to 500 times their weight in
water. Super Absorbent Polymers are widely used to solidify a wide variety
of aqueous waste waters and sludge.</p>
<p>The Waste l o c k ® brand Superabsorbent Polymer products are widely
used in the environmental industry to treat many types of aqueous wastes.
The advantage of these water-soluble super absorbent polymers is the
ability to absorb many times their weigh in water with nominal or
negligible increase in waste volume or weight.</p>
