      Imported Upstream version 1.2.12
      Merge commit 'upstream/1.2.12'
      Update copyright file because of the switch from LGPL to zlib/libpng license, and better document timidity (which is under 3 licenses, but primarily Artistic)
      Slight modification to the long description of one package, it was a bit contrived
      GPL version of Native MIDI removed upstream
      Work on patches: removing the ones backported from upstream and the obsolete; document and refresh the rest
      Update description according to upstream, and add as build dependencies modplug and fluidsynth libraries
      Fix format of the line, it was causing lintian complaints
      changelog update for 1.2.12-1
