    d/patches: Remove am_maintainer_mode.patch
    
    Remove am_maintainer_mode.patch: it is causing an error when
    compiling after many years of the package not being rebuilt,
    apparently it is not needed, it is not clear why it was added, it's
    discouraged by many people (the reason why it got unsupported by
    autotools)
