[Pkg-security-team] Bug#826517: sucrack: Problems while searching for a new upstream version

Dear Maintainers

Uscan had problems while searching for a new upstream version of sucrack due to
some changes in the URLs at upstream web. I send a patch for debian/watch file
in order to fix this issue.
