[Pkg-security-team] sponsor for thc-ipv6 2.7-1

Hi,

just uploaded to mentors.d.n 'thc-ipv6' 2.7-1 [0] which is a new
package for pkg-security.

I don't have DM right over this package, so I can't upload myself.
Would you please sponsor the upload to unstable?

Please note, the package still requires some work to get it in good
shape, but I don't have the time right now.
I'm interested in doing this upload now mainly to switch the owner to
pkg-security.

Changes for the future:
 * lintian warnings (std-ver bump, manpages, debug symbols..)
 * binaries prefix issues ..
 * packaging improvements
