[Pkg-security-team] Sponsor to hashcat package

Hi Team!

I am working in a new version of hashcat[1] and I  want to know if
someone  could take a look and  upload this version (if this doesn't
need changes) :).

Note: the repo git is empty even, however once the package is
uploaded, the repo will be update
