[pkg-security] new package

Hi guys,


I've packaged WCC (Witchcraft Compiler Collection) from J. Brossard and 
put it into mentors and in pkg-security/wcc.git

My question is: should i directly set the maintainer as the pkg-security 
team before having a mentor for this package or should i first wait for 
it to be integrated in the NEW queue ?
