ruby packages for security tools

Hi all!

As we all know, a lot of security tools depend on various ruby libs, some of which not being in Debian...
I've started to package some of them directly in the pkg-ruby-extra team in order to unlock the packaging of the associated security tools such as bettercap (still waiting for them by now).

I've started with the missing dependencies of bettercap :

If there is some ruby deps you need for security-specific packaging, you can push a request to the
pkg-ruby-extras team in CC of the pkg-security ML and i can (in the limit of my time of course) try to package it.
