open DD requests

Hi,

thanks for all your work!  I have one question:  For libnids you
disabled the autotools-dev sequence.  Reading
https://wiki.debian.org/Autoreconf it looks to me we still need
autotools-dev because libnids uses autoconf only (and no automake).  See
last paragraph of the "dh-autoreconf and autotools-dev" section.

Is this wiki page outdated?
