[openscap-daemon] update to 0.1.7-1

Hi all !

I've updated openscap-daemon to last upsteam release. This release
should also correct the CI failures of previous package (0.1.6-4).
The sources have been updated to use to gbp import-orig (uscan) +
pristine-tar

Can one of the DD check the update ?
