ophcrack: CPPFLAGS missing

Hi,

I noticed that the CPPFLAGS are not correctly applied while building
ophcrack [1].  I've fixed the problem in git and created a merge request
upstream [2].

Since the project seems to have moved to gitlab recently, I also
took the liberty of creating another merge request for the spelling
fixes created by Daniel [3] (and recorded that URL in his patch's
metadata).  I hope that's fine.
