nmap: please readd ssh2 embedded dependency

Hello,
I know this isn't a Debian issue, but nmap in Ubuntu is in main,
while libssh2 isn't, so we ended up in using the bundled version.
Problem is:
debian repacks nmap to avoid that libssh2 embedded copy, and we can't then merge
it into Ubuntu anymore.
To avoid an useless need to maintain two different nmap in debian/ubuntu
(while maintaining a delta with --bundled-ssh2 is somewhat easy),
can we please avoid dropping libssh2 on the next repack?
Hopefully this wont complicate the copyright file too much :)
thanks!
G.
