New member - RHash maintainer

Hello. I'm happy to join such great team =)

I intend to transfer the rhash utility [1] from its alioth repository and
maintain it under Debian Security Tools Packaging Team.

I hope to find here teammates to sponsor new package uploads (there will be
not much changes to review), and to sponsor, in future, Debian Maintainer
application.
