Looks good, uploaded.

However, your package is not multi-arch compliant. See
https://wiki.debian.org/Multiarch/Implementation if you don't know what
this is about.

Installing the library files into /usr/lib/<triplet>/ is automatic for
packages using full automake/autoconf support and that rely
on dh_auto_configure. But this is not the case of rhash currently.

You would have to move the files manually in debian/rules if you wanted
to mark librash0 and librhash-dev as "Multi-Arch: same".
