[Pkg-shinken-maint] Stepping down as a Shinken maintainer

Hello all,

Most of the team members already know this off-list: I don't use
shinken and I'm not interested in maintaining it anymore.

I will soonish remove me from the Uploaders field. I will remain on
the mailing-list, as it is really quiet. I won't have enough time to
do deep review (use -mentors for that), but I can help from time to
time.

NB: for those interested: we still use Centreon (mostly to not change
webUI and to keep trap handling config, ... and habits). In parallel,
I set up an Heka+ElasticSearch+Kibana platform to handle logs and I
plan to use prometheus metrics and alerts to provide another
monitoring plateform (more reactive and focused on user performance).
