[Pkg-shotwell-maint] Bug#688039: shotwell: Drop down menu deactivated when exporting pictures

Dear Debian folks,


one of the use cases of Shotwell, is to share pictures. This includes
shrinking pictures and sending them by email.

Unfortunately, the drop down menu to adapt the quality is deactivated in
the version shipped by Debian. It would be great if a patch could be
added to activate that choice.
