[Pkg-shotwell-maint] Bug#734372: shotwell: Adjust colours appears below application window off screen

Dear Maintainer,
When clicking on the 'Adjust photo's colour and tone' icon the pop-up
window appears off screem at the bottom as in the screenshot. The window
rectangle flashes briefly in the middle of the sceen then moves to that
position.
This happens for each new selected photo.
