+Custom build system

+The irssi plugin is built using a custom build system that was inspired by the
+one found in irssi-plugin-xmpp (written by Colin Didier).
+
+This is done to properly build against irssi-dev and libsilc-dev packages
+instead of using upstream's embedded source copy.
+
+All build operations are done directly in debian/rules.
