I made a manual build and upload for sparc as I was tired to wait on
sparc buildd (which is not in its the best shape right now).

I am going to do the same for silc-client and kopete-silc-plugin and
hope they all will be able to migrate to testing after that.

Once the packages are in testing, I plan to do a proper etch backport
and upload it to backports.org.
