silky completely fails to build with the silc-toolkit package currently
in the subversion repository.

At first sight, it will need quite a significant amount of work to
recover.  My take would be to prioritize silc-client, irssi-plugin-silc
and kopete-silc-plugin (and convince pidgin maintainer to enable SILC
support) and fix silky later.

Any other opinions?
