[Pkg-silc-devel] Upload of silc-toolkit and silc-server

Hi!

Yesterday, I have prepared in the subversion repository new versions
of the silc-toolkit and silc-server packages.

Unfortunately, I lacked the time needed for the necessary tests and
uploads.  I am back on dial-up, and it would be easier if someone else
carries these final steps.

The last remaning thing that can be done before the upload is to upgrade
both packages to the last standards revision.

Note : as silc-client uses an embedded copy of the silc library to build
irssi-plugin-silc, the fixes backported in silc-toolkit could be
backported there as well.
