[Pkg-silc-devel] SRT 1.2 Beta2

The new version of the SILC Runtime Toolkit is now available!  The source 
package of the software is available from the SRT website:

 	http://srt.silc.fi/

This version includes more fixes and new features.  This version should 
actually work be usable compared to the Beta1.
