davux at doch% file silc-client*
silc-client_1.1.3.orig.tar.gz: gzip compressed data, from Unix, last modified:
Sat Nov 24 20:47:53 2007, max compression
silc-client-1.1.3.tar.gz: gzip compressed data, was
"silc-client-1.1.3.tar", from Unix, last modified: Tue Nov 6 15:45:06 2007, max
compression
davux at doch% gunzip silc-client_1.1.3.orig.tar.gz
davux at doch% gunzip silc-client-1.1.3.tar.gz
davux at doch% md5sum *.tar
63862713e2ebd02843eda0694ef36e9c silc-client_1.1.3.orig.tar
63862713e2ebd02843eda0694ef36e9c silc-client-1.1.3.tar
The tarball was probably just uncompressed then recompressed. The change only
seems to come from gzip header information.
Regards.
