[Pkg-silc-devel] SCT 1.2 Beta2

The new version of the SILC Crypto Toolkit is now available!  The source
package of the software is available from the SCT website:

   	http://sct.silc.fi/

This version fixes several compilatin and installation issues.  This 
version should actually work pretty well.
