[Pkg-silc-devel] Please bump the urgency of silc-client/1.1.4-1

Hi, release team!

I just noticed that I have messed up the upload of silc-client/1.1.4-1.

It was intented to be uploaded with urgency "high" instead of "low" as
it fix a security issue in irssi-plugin-silc.

Could you please cover my mistake by bumping the urgency to high?
