I've now added -dbg packages for silc, irssi-plugin-silc, and silcd as
these all have segfaulted on me a number of times and I've had to
rebuild them to get debugging symbols turned on so I could send gdb
backtraces to upstream.

I looked around in the silc-client directories to try and identify
exactly which pieces were embedded code copies, but I was not finding
exact copies anywhere, perhaps I am missing something obvious here.

These were subscribed, and the groups should show up after messages have
been posted to them (if you see this, then you should be able to get to

ps - for some reason, my original post is not in the archives, I'm not
