I have access to the lists: pkg-silc-devel and pkg-silc-commits. I just
logged into both of them as admin, and looked at the pending messages
that require administrative care, they were all spam. There wasn't a
single one pending from Jérémy, nor any legitimate ones.

Can you provide us with some more details about your problems sending to
the list so we can track that down for you?

Great! I didn't even know there was a new git repository yet... What are
the details of that?
