[Pkg-spca5xx-devel] Genius spca50x/spca5xx GPL violation !!

Hi all,
Just find the GPL spca50x/spca5xx driver in a package (binary only) from 
Genius for the Cam Look 312p product.

I have set the driver for download in:

look at the 2.6.9 folders the vm301asm.txt is the objdump result of vm301.ko 
module.
I have ask  http://gpl-violations.org/
to investigate and find a good answer for this problem :)

PS just for your knowledge this cool webcam work very well with the last 
spca5xx and spca5xx-LE  revision :)
