[Pkg-spca5xx-devel] Bug#462834: gspca-source: working on another machine under 2.6.25 kernel / radeon 9600

I successfully installed this on another machine with 2.6.25 kernel and 
radeon 9600 video (GPL X.org driver).

I suspect that the original machine had a conflict as it had:

libgphoto2-port0                             2.4.0-9                                
gphoto2 digital camera port library

installed.
