Life's been busy - sorry for the relay on this release and now the
1.2.15 release with a couple big fixes is on the horizon (rc1 is out
if anyone wants to help them test it!).

I've rewritten the README.Debian with better postgres directions, so
if people could take a glance at that I'd really appreciate it.

It's pretty good in this form, but the following still should probably
be done at some point:

# Autoconfiguration of PostgreSQL
# Autoconfiguration of Apache2
# Always, more testing, testing, testing!
