    OTOH and since that version hasn't been uploaded yet; it might be
better to wait for 1.3.17.  From a message posted to the
Ledger-smb-annouce mailing list today:
1) "expect to start the release candidate process for 1.3.17 tomorrow".
2) Also:  "A serious issue was discovered in 1.3.16 which causes
internal server errors when tax lookups happen."
