[Pkg-sql-ledger-discussion] Update LedgersSMB package to Standards-Version 3.9.4?

Raphael,

   I've been wondering if I should bump the Standards-Version in
debian/control to 3.9.4 from 3.9.3. Many packages are already using that
version but are also triggering a Lintian warning regarding it[1].

   What do you think; should I go ahead and bump it to v3.9.4, or wait
until later for that?
