The most recent in the v1.4.x series is v1.4.9, and a first package for the 
v1.4.x versions is being worked on.  Will likely split off the v1.3.x versions 
into their own source package.

The version v1.3.46 is currently still the most recent in the v1.3.x  series 
and a package intended for upload to Debian is being worked on.
