    Attempting to run essentially the same piuparts command as that used 
in the bug report had a failure from piuparts (currently, v.56) in my 
usual development environment.  However, I was able to run it in a 
jessie chroot (using the current v0.58) and there confirmed the error 
that is coming up as shown in the bug report.
