[Pkg-sql-ledger-discussion] Bug#874664: Update ledgersmb package to 1.5.x series

The current version of the LedgerSMB application in Debian is version
1.4.41. As currently noted on the LedgerSMB web site [1], "Version 1.4
will keep receiving critical updates until Sep 15, 2017."; so soon the
ledgersmb package will require updating to a newer version series.

Version 1.5.0 for the LedgerSMB application was released on 23
December 2017 and the most recent version of the 1.5.x series was
version 1.5.10 which was released on 3 September 2017. Update the
ledgersmb package in Debian to the 1.5.x version series of the
application.
