That upload did not change the upstream version of libecap. Is just a rebuild with autoreconf for newer architectures.

I would have liked to upgrade to libecap_1.0.0 but it’s too late and it would not meet the jessie freeze window (10 days for libecap1 and at least one more for squid3 linked to libecap1).

I’m moving the libecap SVN repository to git under pkg-squid on Alioth so we can co-ordinate its development.
