[pkg-squid-devel] Debian buidlog scanner false positives on -march=native

I have been working on resolving the scanners reports about squid3
package (https://qa.debian.org/bls/packages/s/squid3.html) and noticed
that it is now reporting use of -march=native on all architectures.

However the Debian packaging explicitly disables that optimization using
upstreams ./configure options.

What the scanner seems to be picking up is the autoconf script
diagnostic message reporting that -march=native is disabled.
