[pkg-squid-devel] Bug 791117: libecap vs libstdc++6 transitions

I've had a quick look at this and dont see any major issues if uploader
(Luigi?) is careful with timing.


libecap is affected. But given the current state of things I think leave
the next libecap upload until after libstdc++6 change happens.

Then as soon as possible afterwards a new libecap 1.0.0-2 upload and
squid3 package with build-dependency on it for future uploads.
