[pkg-squid-devel] linitian issues

I've corrected the documentation coming from upstream so the existing
man pages should now pass lintian checks as of this weekends 3.5.7 release.

However, there is a complaint about the squid3 "binary" not having a man
page. That is now actually a symlink to squid, which does have a squid.8.

I'm not sure if it should be ignored, overridden somehow, or a symlink
also created for the man(8) files (and would it be the .8 or the .8.gz ?).
