The new monthly release is out and I have imported it into git repo.

Upstream had some mention of manager ACL issues with other distros as
well doing their transitions and managed to find a stupidly simple fix.
Which is included in this release, so I have also dropped the pre-3.4
config editing we were doing.

The situation with FATAL that Mathieu found was not quite so simple as
it appeared, since the -k parse was sometimes outputting "FATAL ERROR:"
and sometimes "FATAL:".
I've now pushed a patch in upstream to fix that, and included it to the
packaging so that Mathieu's fix to the script will work properly without
any temporary extra hacks.

Ready for you folks to double-check and release :-)
