If you mean fixing bugs that were reported against Squid-2. I think so.
I've already been through and closed the ones that were clearly
irrelevant or fixed in Squid-3.
The remaining squid-2 bugs are ones which I think are still relevant to
the 'squid' package versions in Sid/Unstable, or not sure what to do about.
The immediate need I suspect is the transitional packages where the
squid.conf may contain an entry for squid3.pid or such.
