[pkg-squid-devel] Squid 3.5.17 security updates

Hi,
  I have pushed the 3.5.17 into git to fix the new CVE issues. With that
new tarball being the only change I think its ready to package.

The recent advisories contain patches that should apply fine for the 3.4
versions in Jesse.

Upstream have not published any 3.1 patches (ie for Wheezy) simply
because I am not able to build 3.1 anymore. If anyone has an old OS
version the 3.2 patch should apply fairly easy.
