[pkg-squid-devel] Policy and Compat levels

Hi,
 It looks like the Debian Policy version can be bumped to 3.5.8 with no
changes.

>From reading the debhelper man page it appears that we might also be
able to change the compat up to level 7 also with no changes.
 Level 9 should be achievable, but I suspect there will be some script
changes needed to reach that.

Anyone have time to test the debhelper bits?
